I’ll prepare your MLS listing and make sure it reaches as many buyers as possible through sites like Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.com as well as Facebook ads. Our goal: reach as many buyers as possible in the first two weeks both online and at open houses. From timing the launch to coordinating showings, you’ll have a clear roadmap—and someone in your corner every step of the way.
Once your home is under contract, we shift into contract management mode. You’ll be supported by both me and Jenn, my incredible Transaction Coordinator, who handles paperwork, timelines, and signatures with precision and care. We stay in constant communication, so nothing falls through the cracks.
