Funny enough, it was the ultimate preparation for real estate–each client was trusting me with their physical appearance while simultaneously sharing the personal details of their lives. I mastered multi-tasking, active listening, and taking the utmost care for my clients.
Still, I never thought I would be where I am today, but I trusted God’s plans and now it has become much more than a job. It is my purpose.
In 2008, I bought my first home and without knowing what I was doing, proceeded to buy, sell, and flip 8 homes. I quickly saw the opportunity in the real estate market and became fascinated with how it could empower me. I negotiated two off-market properties, all without a license or formal education, and have now managed two rental properties.
Although it was clear that real estate was something I enjoyed, developing it into a career was not in my plans. In early 2021, I was faced with a moment in time when everything changed. I needed to provide for my family and I asked God to show me the path of least resistance.
That path was to serve others as a guide on their own real estate journeys. Real estate is much more than buying or selling a property. It is a deeply personal experience that must be handled with precision and care.
It is with that mindset that I got my license in less than 3 months and had my very first closing for a client weeks later. This turned into a thriving business and I've been named one of the top 300 agents in Northern Colorado for two consecutive years.
